At Sentro Labs, we want you to feel confident when choosing Equilibrium. We also recognise that everyone is different and individual experiences can vary.

That is why customers who choose our qualifying Equilibrium 90-Day Subscribe & Save option are covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you complete the full 90-day course of Equilibrium as directed and are not satisfied with your experience, you can contact us to request a refund of the amount paid for your qualifying 90-day supply.

Who is eligible?

The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only where:

• You purchased the Equilibrium 90-Day Subscribe & Save option directly from sentrolabs.com.

• The qualifying order contained a full 90-day supply of Equilibrium.

• You selected the 90-Day Subscribe & Save/subscription option when placing your order.

• Equilibrium has been taken consistently and in accordance with the directions on the product label for the 90-day period.

• Your claim is submitted within 14 days of completing the 90-day period.

We will verify the qualifying purchase using the order details held in our system.

What is not covered?

The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

• Single-bottle purchases.

• Two-bottle purchases.

• Three individual bottles purchased separately.

• A three-month supply purchased as a one-time purchase rather than through the qualifying 90-Day Subscribe & Save option.

• Equilibrium purchased as part of another bundle or promotional offer unless that offer expressly states that the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies.

• Products purchased from pharmacies, health stores, marketplaces, third-party retailers or any website other than sentrolabs.com.

• Customers who have not completed the 90-day course as directed.

Simply purchasing three bottles of Equilibrium does not qualify. The guarantee is specifically attached to the Equilibrium 90-Day Subscribe & Save option.

How to make a claim

Once you have completed your 90 days, email customerservice@sentrolabs.com within 14 days and include:

• Your name.

• Your order number or the email address used to place the order.

• Confirmation that you completed the 90-day course as directed.

• A brief explanation that you were not satisfied with your experience.

We do not require you to return empty bottles in order to make a claim.

Once we have verified that your order qualifies under these terms, we will arrange your refund.

How much will be refunded?

An approved claim will refund the amount actually paid for the initial qualifying Equilibrium 90-Day Subscribe & Save supply.

The guarantee does not cover additional products, add-ons or subsequent subscription renewal orders.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the qualifying order.

Your subscription

Making a claim under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not automatically cancel a subscription unless cancellation forms part of your request.

Subscriptions can be managed separately in accordance with our Subscription Policy.

If you do not wish to receive another 90-day supply, you should cancel or pause your subscription before your next scheduled renewal date.

Faulty or damaged products

This Satisfaction Guarantee is separate from your legal rights as a consumer.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform with your order, please contact us without waiting for the 90-day period to end.

Nothing in this guarantee excludes, limits or affects any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to this guarantee

Sentro Labs may amend or withdraw the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for future purchases.

Any qualifying purchase made while the guarantee is advertised will remain subject to the guarantee terms applicable at the time of purchase.
