… and you’ve heard of supplements that include Ashwagandha.
But there are many different types of the stuff—and many different ways to take it:
So what’s the difference between them? Which one should you take? Which is best for reducing my stress and improving my sleep? How can I get the biggest boost for my libido and testosterone? What exactly is KSM-66 Ashwagandha? And why are we asking you so many questions?

Ashwagandha, extracts, numbers, and letters
Ashwagandha is a plant 🌱
… and it’s been used for 1000s of years in traditional Indian medicine.
There are different ways to produce it, extract it, and consume it. But, of course, you can’t really just eat the plant (well, definitely not here in Ireland anyway).
- Of all the extractions and concentrations, KSM-66 Ashwagandha is widely recognised as the best—it’s a more-powerful, more-concentrated, more-pure form of Ashwagandha. And it serves up “the highest concentration of all major root-only extracts available on the market today.”

Symptoms of low testosterone (and why you’re probably suffering—even if you don’t know it)
From around age 35, male testosterone levels drop by around 1-2% per year…
… and if you’re in this age range, it’s probably happening to you right now.
Symptoms of low testosterone can include:

- Difficulty building muscle
- Always feeling tired

Can KSM-66 Ashwagandha improve testosterone?
Since 2022, at least 5 different studies have shown a strong connection between KSM-66 Ashwagandha and improved testosterone. Effects observed in clinical studies have included:
- Increased sexual drive and arousal
- Higher reported levels of energy
- Improved sperm concentration
- Improved emotional wellbeing
- Better social functioning
- Decreased fatigue
According to some research, KSM-66 Ashwagandha might help boost testosterone in at least 3 different ways. By:
- Boosting DHEA levels (a hormone your body uses to help make testosterone)
- Reducing cortisol (that’s your stress hormone)
- Supporting better sleep

Some horrible facts on sleep
- Only 15% of people sleep the recommended amount. And of those 15%, most probably aren’t getting high-quality sleep.
- Sleep deprivation is linked to: a weakened immune system, worse cognitive performance, and increased chances of both heart disease and some cancers.
- The modern world isn’t built for good sleep: we eat late, most people don’t have fixed sleeping patterns, many people work nightshifts, we’re all very stressed and anxious, and artificial light ruins our rest.

Anyway—if you aren’t sleeping properly (like the vast majority of us), you’re jeopardizing your physical and mental health, your long-term happiness, and your quality of life.
💪 And this part is especially important: most testosterone is produced DURING sleep. So: if you’re 35+ AND getting bad sleep, your testosterone is being negatively affected in more ways than one.
Can KSM-66 Ashwagandha improve sleep?
According to 7 recent studies, KSM-66 Ashwagandha might be able to:
- Improve overall sleep quality

Much of the stuff on the market is:
- Cheap
- Less potent
- Extracted with heavy chemicals
- Made from leaves instead of roots
KSM-66, on the other hand, is:
- The most bioavailable form—so you body absorbs and uses it properly
- Made from only the root (that’s the traditional, medicinal part)
- Extracted in a natural, chemical-free way
Basically, if you don’t know where your Ashwagandha is from and how it was extracted, you might just be wasting your money.
