Our Story
In 2020, after a challenging few years running our own business, and emigrating back to Ireland from Australia with a young family, we wanted to make our personal health a priority. We felt as if our life was a balancing act of career, family, and fitness, with little time to cook and a schedule packed with work and social commitments. We were always switched on, we struggled to unwind and felt overwhelmed by life’s relentless pace. We weren't looking for a quick fix.
So we embarked on a long journey over many years of research, testing and formulating the best quality supplmentson the market, and we launched our first stress & sleep complex, EQUILIBRIUM in 2024.
