12 Months, 4 Supplements, Improving Irish Health: Sentro Labs Turns 1

As you know, we’re the married parent-of-two team behind Irish supplement brand Sentro Labs.

(... and if you didn’t know that, and you’ve somehow stumbled upon this blog post by accident, there’s a quick intro to us and our supplements below)

🎉 Anyway, it’s been a big year here at Sentro Labs… and it’s included events, partnerships, newspaper articles, 4 supplements, and being stocked on the shelves of several pharmacies and health stores. And most importantly, along the way, we’ve been continuing to help our customers improve their health, energy, and quality of life.

… but before we get to all that, here’s a bit more about us:

Sentro Labs—a quick intro

If you don’t already know us, we’re pretty normal people:

We’re a married couple
We have two kids
We’re in our 40s
We’re Irish—and we live in Ireland (after having lived in Australia for a while 🇦🇺)

Our entire lives, we’ve taken pretty good care of our health—but when we hit our mid-30s, we started taking and paying much more care and attention (what a cliché, we know).

💊 So, for years now, we’ve been taking, trying and testing many different supplements 💊

Some of those supplements worked. Some of them didn’t. Some of them promised things they couldn’t deliver. And after lots of testing + trying + trial + error, we realised which supplements do work, and which supplements don’t.

After those realisations, we wanted to find complexes and multivitamins that we would happily and confidently take, every day—for our health, our hormones, and our sleep and stress.

But, weirdly, after lots of searching:

❌ We couldn't find these multivitamins.
✅ So, instead, we made them.

Since those days, we’ve engineered 4 unique + innovative supplements.

We’re super proud of all four…

… and they’re each built for very specific—and very different!—purposes:

BIORESILIENCE is our unique daily multivitamin. EQUILIBRIUM is our sleep + stress complex. Featuring L-Theanine, Lemon Balm, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Chamomile Extract, Hops Extract, L-Ornithine HCL, and KSM-66 Ashwagandha, it’s specifically designed to improve sleep and reduce stress—and it’s made us both much more alert and energetic.
HARMONY is specifically designed to help ease the symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. Featuring Vitamin D, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Zinc Bisglycinate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Selenium, and Lion’s Mane, it’s boosted Elaine’s mood and energy, and helped balance her fluctuating hormones.
PERFORMANCE is a testosterone-boosting complex featuring Vitamin D, L-Arginine, Fenugreek, Zinc Bisglycinate, Maca Root, Carnitine, and Selenium. It’s boosted Rob’s mood, energy, sex drive, and libido—and increased his muscle mass.

… and in the coming months and years, there’ll be more supplements hitting the shelves and bodies of Ireland.

Some big events this year

Apart from releasing 4 supplements, it’s also been a big year (for us and our customers!) in many other ways:

We’re now stocked in almost 30 pharmacies and health food shops across Ireland. This includes branches of McCabe’s Pharmacy, Wilsons Pharmacy, and Horan's Health Store—and we’re stocked in Meaghers Pharmacy online store. And in the future, we’ll be stocked in many more shops and pharmacies.

We’ve been featured in The Irish Times!
We were finalists in Ireland’s National Startup Awards 2024. This is Ireland’s leading awards program for early-stage businesses, and celebrates entrepreneurship across Ireland.
We sponsored two separate Irish events: the first was Nourish and Flow, a luxurious glamping wellness retreat in Stradbally, County Laois. The second was Redefining the Alpha, a men’s mental health conference where we were the main sponsors, contributing to discussions on male challenges in the modern world.
We pitched—and won!—at Furthr’s Pitch Jam event, sort of like a mini version of Dragon’s Den. It was a really fun event, and the crowd chose the winner.
We were invited to a female-health event, hosted by Wework and Charlotte Tilbury. Here, we offered tastings of BIORESILIENCE—which confirmed our opinion that BIORESILIENCE is the tastiest multivitamin ever made.
And we have worked closely with Enterprise Ireland and Furthr throughout the year.

… but most importantly, we’ve spent big chunks of this year doing even more research, even more learning, and even more testing and trying. So—we can keep stocking and selling some of Ireland’s best, most effective, and most reliable supplements and vitamins.
